TO RESERVE YOUR OWN COURT:  Just phone 1.207.348.2379 Saturday & Sunday. Monday through Friday please call 207-322-8775


Members can reserve courts up to 3 days in advance. For example, if you want to reserve a court for Friday, the earliest you can call to reserve is Tuesday morning. For guests, courts can be reserved up to 24 hours in advance. The Club House office is open from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. For example, if you want to reserve a court for Tuesday afternoon, you may call after 8:00 am on Monday.


To Cancel: Please call the Club House at 1.207.348.2379 if you need to cancel your reservation leave a voicemail if no one is available


Inclement weather: If weather conditions are questionable on the day you have reserved, please call the Club House at 1.207.348.2379 to check status of courts.


Hours: Courts open at 8:00 am and close at 5:00 pm. However, they are unavailable from 12:00 am to 1:00 pm for watering. Please see below for more information on court availability.  LAST COURT RENTAL FOR NON-MEMBERS IS 4:30PM. 


Need Tennis Balls? They may be purchased at the Club House..


Protocol: Wear appropriate, flat soled tennis shoes for Har-Tru (clay) courts. Please remember to sweep your court and lines after playing. (THANK YOU!) Don't forget to spray all equipment down with spray sanitizer provided on court.


Fees: Court rental fees for non-members are $35 per 1 hour per person for singles or doubles.   Member's Guest  Fee of  $10.00 FOR 1 HR and $15 per 1.5 hr. Member guests must play with a member or full fee will be charged per person.

~ Court time may be reserved in 1 ½ hour slots during Open Tennis hours as follows:

Sunday afternoons: Session 1 - 2:00 to 3:30 p.m.; Session 2 - 3:30 to 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday mornings: Session 1 - 9:00 to 10:30; Session 2 - 10:30 to 12:00

~ You MUST CALL IN ADVANCE to put your name on the list for an available time slot.

~ Each session is limited to 12 players.

~ Players will be assigned to a court based on USTA level of play or by request.

~ To follow State of Maine guidelines, each player is required to bring their own set of balls to use for serving, properly labeled to differentiate them from others.

~ If another player’s ball comes onto your court, use your racquet or foot to move it to the correct court. If you inadvertently touch another player’s ball, please use hand sanitizer before resuming play.

~ Players should bring their own filled water containers, hand sanitizer and towels.

~ During doubles play and when changing sides, please maintain physical distancing of at least 6 feet.

~ Players must have a face mask to use when social distancing is not possible.

~ Please allow sufficient time to sweep the courts before the end of your allotted time. Be sure to sanitize the handles before and after use using the spray bottles provided on court.

~ Reservations may be made by calling the Clubhouse at 207-348-2379 everyday from 8 am-5 pm. Leave a message if no one is available.

~ Players may sign up for only one session each day. However, if space is available on the day of play, they may continue for a second session.

~ A non-member guest fee of $25 must be paid by credit card at the time of booking. For a reduced rate, there is a 10-play individual membership available at a cost of $200 for individuals and $300 for couples on the website.

~ Please know that these guidelines are based on requirements given by State regulators in order to keep the Club open during these unusual circumstances.
