Winter and Spring Golf: After the Clubhouse closes, members and visitors are welcome to play the course. We ask a few simple things. Visitors, please deposit your $10 greens fee in the red box next to the clubhouse door. If there is frost on the grass, please delay play until the frost melts. Walking on frost covered grass kills the grass and will take longer to repair in the spring. Especially during this time of year, when things grow slowly if at all, it is very important that you replace all divots and repair all ball marks. This no longer applies once the club opens in May.
Helpful information for guests about golf at the Island County Club:
Greens fees for Visitors are $40 for nine holes and $50 for 18 holes. Master Card & Visa are accepted. There are no Greens fees for Juniors (17 and under) from the Island and Blue Hill Peninsula with a current student ID and no charge for youths 17 and under accompanied by a paying adult player.
Tee Times: There are now tee times at the Island Country Club. However, there are several regularly scheduled weekly events that take place at the club. Please see Home Page for tee time booking procedure. Earliest tee time 8am and latest scheduled tee time 6:30 for non-members. No riding carts will be available after 6pm as we need time to sanitize all carts. Riding carts not available after 3pm on league play days(Monday & Thursday). Pull carts are available for rental at this time.
Course closings: The course is sometimes closed for special events. Make sure to check out our calendar, so as to avoid any conflicts. In addition there are details on our weekly events and annual tournaments pages.
